From a young age, Dr. Subhash had a natural inclination toward helping others, standing firmly against discrimination and injustice, and defending those who were bullied. Growing up in a humble, large joint family instilled in him values of cooperation, empathy, and contribution, solidifying his belief in the philosophy of “one for all, and all for one.” His early realization that excellence in education was essential to making a mark in a competitive world drove him to commit to lifelong learning. This dedication led him to excel in Avionics Engineering, earning the prestigious ‘Order of Merit’ in Naval Aviation, and to complete top-ranked degrees in LL.B., Public Administration, English Literature, and an MBA in Human Resource Management. His thirst for knowledge didn’t stop there; he self-funded a Senior Executive Program in Management at Columbia Business School, earning membership in the Ivy League and an honorary Ph.D. in Advanced Studies in Management in 2019.
In 2019, Dr. Subhash founded the Fortune Leadership Academy for Global Success (FLAGS) to guide and elevate young professionals and students, helping them discover their passions and develop leadership skills. FLAGS focuses on maximizing human potential, offering world-class leadership training while also supporting underprivileged students in their self-empowerment journey. By 2026, the academy aims to be a leading institution in leadership education through collaborations and organic growth. Additionally, FLAGS provides business consulting and corporate training to develop peak-performing teams, aligning passion with purpose to drive organizational growth and profitability. Dr. Subhash’s vision is to create lasting impact through education and service, helping individuals realize their full potential and life purpose.

This is achieved using suitable tools and techniques which help us to know ourselves better and help distinguish our deep motivations from shallow ones; thus contributing actively to optimize the personal happiness and professional performance of the client.
